Some events require registration.

Registration cancellation policy:

"Some [library] programs may require registration. In the event that an adult patron cannot attend a registered event, that patron is required to provide cancellation notice via email or phone, preferably at least 24 hours prior to the day of the event. If a cancellation notice is not given at the time of the event, that patron is considered a "no-show." If the registered patron is a no-show to two registered library events, said patron will not be permitted to register for or attend any events requiring registration for a period of six months."
